Yourself" type

meet with your
trainer just
once per week
it's a slow
start and many
people find it's
not enough help
for them and/or
it's too slow of

who just need a
session every
now and then and
also for
existing clients
who just want to
meet with their
trainer once in
a while to stay
on track.
