What kind of results can
I expect?
This depends on how badly
you want to reach your
goals. You get out of it
what you put in to it. Our
programs are designed to
help you reach your goals.
You can plan on losing 1-2
lbs of body fat each week on
a good program. This is not
to be confused with scale
weight (send me an email if
you have any questions about
this). You can plan on
losing 5-15 lbs on a 6 week
program. Losing fat faster
than that is not possible,
so watch out for the scams
out there.
How do I know which
program is right for me?
All of our programs run for
6 weeks. You can meet with
us 1,2, or 3 times per
week. One time per week is
good if you just want a
trainer to design a program
each week that you can
implement on your own. You
should be comfortable with
exercise already with this
program.
We offer a 2 time per week
program for those people
that are busy, yet want slow
and steady progress from
their fitness program.
Our most complete package is
our 3 days per week
schedule. This is for you
if you are completely
serious about losing fat,
and getting fit.

Do you offer a payment
plan?
Our 6 week programs may be
payed for in 2 or 3
installments if that is best
for you. We accept cash,
check or credit card.
What areas do you
service?
We service the entire Las
Vegas area, as well as
Henderson.
Where will I meet with my
trainer?
Your trainer will come to
you. We bring our own
equipment if you don't have
your own. We also meet at
community facilities if that
is more suitable for you.
