Founded in 1998 by Steve Preston, Fast Fitness offers one on one personal fitness training and metabolic testing in the following areas: Summerlin, Rhodes Ranch, Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, and Las Vegas, Nevada.

To enable time pressed individuals to learn the truths about fitness, and uncover the secrets to getting in shape quickly and efficiently without spending a lifetime in the gym.

About Steve Preston...

Some people are born to teach. You might say that about Steve Preston. Born in Birmingham England in 1967, Steve moved to the New York City area when he was just 2. Steve first fell in love with fitness during the 8th grade when he started going to the gym with a friend's father, and realized early on the benefits of physical conditioning. Friends and family recognized his natural ability when it came to fitness, and encouraged him to pursue what became his lifelong passion.

Strength training by the age of 14, Steve became the New York State Champion in power lifting at the tender age of 16. Steve also achieved the titles of Junior Power Lifting Runner-Up and Junior World Record Bench Press record holder.

Steve is now a personal trainer with a MS. Ed.

Steve believes that a scientific approach to training works best. The key to fitness is working muscle, not lifting weights. For 18 years Steve has been coaching people young and old, helping them achieve personal fitness that meets and exceeds their expectations.

From the very start his clients have recognized his talent and natural ability to not only teach personal training, but help others realize the truth about fitness. Through a lifetime of learning in the fitness industry, Steve discovered that brief, more intense workouts result in physical changes that are fast and long lasting. This discovery led Steve to the creation of a series of books designed to help clients get fit working out even on short time.

Clients believe that Steve has a natural talent when it comes to personal training. Steve turned to fitness as a means of helping others feel better and realize their best potential self. Having studied fitness his entire life, Steve believes that there is a good way to do things and the 'best' way, and he has committed his life to helping people learn the best way to train and get fit and stay fit.

Steve's company, FAST Fitness was started to help people realize their goals and dreams. His books were created to help individuals who are time pressed improve the quality of their lives and their potential for fitness success.
